Description of Opportunity
Learn and develop the unique skills to make Pizza in the authentic Italian way working in this wood fired Pizzeria.
The apprentice will assist with the preparation of the kitchen and wood fired oven to make and cook Pizza and other food dishes.

Good standard of manual dexterity
4 x GCSE A*-C/4 in English Language and Maths or numerical equivalents
You will be hardworking, trustworthy, enthusiastic and motivated.
You will need to be able to work in a busy environment while maintaining a calm, positive attitude.

You will need to attend Sheffield College City Campus, Sheffield S2 2RL 1 day per month in term time.
