Good written and verbal communication skills Good organisational and time management skills An understanding of safeguarding and a commitment to creating a safe learning environment and demonstrate your suitability to working with children, young people and vulnerable adults. An awareness of the importance of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Experience of office work (not essential)
Five GCSEs at grade 4 or above (Old GCSE grade C or above) including English and Maths and/or Functional Skills English and Maths at Level 2 or above (or equivalent).
Ability to work both effectively as part of a team and on your own initiative
The successful applicant will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
