Description of Opportunity
The apprentice will be expected to work under our senior mechanic and assist in all day-to-day car work. Involving but not limited to; helping with MOTs, tyres, breaks, servicing and other forms of repair work.

Good basic understanding of vehicles
Good written and verbal communication
GCSEs at grades C/4 or above (or equivalent) in maths and English
Willingness to learn
We are not on a bus route, there is a bus/train onto the main Ruswarp high street but the candidate would need to get from there to the business. Onsite parking for a moped/bike/car is provided for those who can drive. Needs to be some flexibility as they may be required to occasionally help cover in the fuel station shop (only for lunch/toilet breaks and this will be very rare (if over 18)
We are looking to the future and are looking for someone who can work alongside our senior mechanic with the prospect of them assisting or taking over the day to day running of the garage in the future. We would like someone with that desire to constantly push themselves and want to achieve

Ruswarp Service Station itself has been in business for over 50 years and has been part of Wilf Nobles for 20 years. The service station is a busy fuel station and garage with a good reliable and well establish customer base.
