Description

International event rider has a non- riding position available on his yard at MvNab Eventing for an apprentice; the applicant must have prior experience as the horses are strong. A fantastic opportunity to groom at top events throughout the Eventing season both in the UK and Europe.

The candidate must be keen and willing to learn.

All general yard duties, mucking out and laying beds, tack cleaning, grooming at competitions, turning in and out, changing rugs.

Experience with fit horses
Ability to work towards functional skills L1 and L2
Full training through the Equine Apprenticeship supported by Haddon Training
keen, enthusiastic and a willingness to learn new skills
Possibility of Level 3 Senior Groom Apprenticeship on completion of Level 2
Possibility for live in and also livery for own horse
