Description of Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:  Administer filing which will include daily filing and the opening, closing storage and retrieval of client’s files in accordance with the detailed procedure contained in the office manual Handling incoming calls and other communications in a professional and friendly manner in keeping with the firm’s standards for client care Prepare mail and enclosures for dispatch Undertaking photocopying tasks Take special deliveries to the Post Office Act as a relief telephonist/receptionist Provide refreshments when asked to do so Undertaking any specific training when required to do so and overall to have a responsibility towards self development Ensure the confidentiality of all the firms and client documentation and information This position will be offered after a two week paid trial.
