• Confident on the phone, verbal communication is key for this role• Clear and accurate writing skills• A drivers license would be beneficial as there is local public transport but not easy accessible for our office
• Be educated to 'A' level or equivalent, and have proven ability to learn quickly
Level 3 Digital Support Technician Apprenticeship lasting 18 months.
• Working in a small team it is critical that you are friendly, optimistic, dependable and calm• The ability to listen is key to ensure a clear understanding of customer issues and requests• A diplomatic, caring, professional nature is a must• A desire to embrace and drive change• You will very much value the pursuit of growth and learning• A willingness to counsel, teach and guide each other• Always look for the best outcome to any situation• Be caring, helpful and put self in the shoes of others
