ETFGI was launched in 2012 by Deborah Fuhr, ETFGI has become the dominant independent research and consulting provider providing insights on the entire global industry of ETFs and ETPs listed globally as well as the service providers. 



Our range of research and subscription services include annual reviews of institutions that use ETFs and ETPs, an annual analysis of active ETFs and smart beta ETFs. 



We are the only company to provide a monthly report of every region in the world where ETFs / ETPs are listed. 



Overview:



We are now looking for an eager candidate to join us as an apprentice. 



You will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills, knowledge and experience as you complete a Digital Marketing Level 3 Apprenticeship. 



Primary responsibilities:



Email Marketing





  • Work on the set up and distribution of Email Marketing campaigns via Mailchimp – for ETFtv and ETFGI press releases and ETFGI event promotion


  • Create reports to measure the success of the email marketing campaigns


  • Posting press releases on the ETFtv and ETFGI websites


  • Posting press releases on press outlets




Search Engine Optimisation -SEO”



The apprentice should suggest and use best practices for Search Engine Optimization -SEO” – for the ETFGI.com and ETFtv.net website's set up and content being posted to ensure it is design to be relevant, easily findable, and popular towards user search queries. 



Using relevant keywords in titles, meta descriptions, and headlines (H1), featuring descriptive URLs. 





  • Creating photo cards to promote speakers on panels at our events


  • Update a speakers bureau brochure using Canva as new speakers are added


  • Work with Vimeo to upload episodes of ETF TV


  • Posting content on social media LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram and ETFtv and ETFGI websites


  • Mailchimp - Database management


  • Assist with the promotion, registrations of ETFGI events


  • Assist with the set-up of the virtual exhibit booths on the event platform


  • Complete the registration for CPD educational credits for qualified attendees




Analytics





  • Provide reports the include the analytics to allow the measurement of digital marketing activities on Google, Linkedin, twitter, Instagram, Podcasts on Apple, Spotify and other platforms 


  • Produce analytics reports showing the number of attendees and any questions and comments

Entry requirements:



The entry requirements for this programme are as follows:





  • 3 GCSE’s (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject


  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)


  • The learner must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level than this apprenticeship in a similar subject 




You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme. 



If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Working week:



9am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday,



37.5hrs a week.



Future prospects:



Once the apprenticeship is completed, there may be an opportunity to gain a fulltime position or progress onto BA (Hons) Degree in Digital Marketing with QA.

QA’s apprenticeships are funded by the Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), an executive agency of the Department for Education.



To be eligible for a Government funded apprenticeship you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years.
