Description

Working alongside lead cook:

  • Preparing food
  • Baking cakes, flapjacks & etc
  • Breakfasts, carvery, lunch menus
  • To develop knowledge of all aspects of cooking within the café
  • Responsible for preparing & serving food in line with food safety requirements
  • Adapting & producing dishes in line with dietary requirements
  • Using specialist Equipment
  • Development of good Communication with colleagues and customers

Starting on relevant minimum wage for age, with plenty of opportunity for career progression.

4 days a week to include weekends on a rota basis
