Technical Training within our Manufacturing function is the ideal starting point for anyone wanting to become a multi-skilled technician, with training that will take you through the many areas of vehicle manufacturing. To make the most of being a technical apprentice, you’ll need to be someone with plenty of questions about how things work and have the confidence to seek out the answers. We are seeking multiple apprentices to join our team commencing end of August 2024.

As a Rolls-Royce Technical Apprentice, you will be attending college on a part time basis and you will also follow a placement plan spending time within various areas of Assembly. The two-year programme is designed to enable you to experience different aspects of engineering and production technology. With hard work and commitment, you will develop specialist technical knowledge supported by undertaking a Level 2 course in Lean Manufacturing at Chichester College. There is the potential, subject to your performance, to progress to a Level 4 qualification for a further two years.

A Rolls-Royce Apprenticeship can offer many career options and enable you to make the most of your potential. To date, 100% of production apprentices successfully completing the programme have been offered full time employment.

What do you need to do now?

Provisionally, the Assessment Centre is due to take place week commencing 29th April 2024.

Qualifications and Experience

There are no specific entry requirements but English & Maths at Grade 2 or above or equivalent is advantageous as otherwise functional skill training will be required during the apprenticeship.
