BMW Group Academy UK, Wokefield Park - Level 4 Data Analyst - 2-year Apprenticeship (August 2024)
The BMW Group Academy UK based at DeVere Wokefield Park is our flagship Retailer training facility. From The Academy we offer training in every aspect of our Retailer operations from Sales, Aftersales, Parts, Corporate, Management, Leadership, Bodyshop, Motorrad through to our world class Retailer apprentice programmes.

The BMW Group Academy UK at Wokefield Park provides and enables the provision of training, apprenticeships, and Retail Talent Management (RTM) services for the Retail Network.
The RTM Team are responsible for creating reports for all aspects of RTM including attrition, retention data, training forecast planning and steering and qualification KPIs and target achievement.
What will you be doing?
The key accountabilities of this apprenticeship are to:
•Identify data sources to meet the requirements, using evidence-based decision making to establish a rationale for inclusion and exclusion of various data sets and models
•Liaise with all relevant key stakeholders to establish reporting needs and deliver insightful and accurate information/analysis
•Collect, compile and, if needed, cleanse data, such as Retailer employee numbers etc. solving any problems that arise, to or from a range of internal and external systems
•Produce performance dashboards and a range of standard and non-standard statistical and data analysis reports and identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in data sets
•Draw conclusions and recommend appropriate responses, offer guidance or interpretation to aid understanding of the data

Following this, successful applicants will be shortlisted and invited to a face-to-face Assessment Centre with BMW Group. Provisionally, the Assessment Centre is due to take place week commencing 15th March 2024.
