Description
To support in the smooth running and operation of the
Face2Face Department. To learn the foundations of the Department and the wider
Group, in order to then progress within it (previous success stories in this
regard)
Main Duties:
- Assisting the Director, Head of Operations and
other Managers in the Department with day to day tasks and administration
- Data entry (Microsoft Excel spreadsheets)
- Processing and allocating cases to the
Paralegals
- Supporting in the billing and invoicing of our
clients for the work undertaken
