Description
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide support to ITG PCI Qualified Security Assessors (QSA) on PCI engagements, conduct gap analyses and assessments related to multiple information security frameworks.
- Collecting, organising, and reviewing evidence as agreed with Clients across multiple platforms and applications to determine compliance with relevant controls.
- Writing technical reports and supporting documentation across all engagements.
- Provide advice and consultancy for PCI merchant/service providers around PCI SAQ assessments, gap analysis, remediation services.
- May require travel to customer locations (potentially, across Europe) for interviews and validation of controls.
- Create high quality customised reports detailing assessment findings including remedial actions and roadmap to improve control and security posture to achieve compliance.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with client personnel and internal stakeholders.
- Consult with client in assisting them with the findings and remedial activities.
- Contribute to scoping calls with responsibility for setting the scope and identifying opportunities working with the sales team.
- Contribute to the overall success of the practice through a variety of activities supporting the sales, marketing, technical and operational teams.
- Maintain expected levels of personal productivity and utilisation by working with consultants and management to support engagements.
- Meet professional practice standards and demonstrate competence in the core service offerings.
To be successful in this position, you will possess:
- The ability to be self-driven and have strong independent initiative, willingness to identify and solve problems through creative thinking and collaboration;
- A desire to maintain knowledge of ongoing security and compliance industry development and obtain relevant industry certifications;
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal; and
- The ability to work independently or in collaboration environments to meet delivery obligations.
You will have the following skills and experience:
- Minimum 2 years professional experience in IT / Information Security.
- An Information security or audit certification.
- Desire to learn new technologies and audit techniques.
- General technical knowledge with understanding of networks, infrastructure/application security, architecture, operating systems, virtualisation and cloud technologies.
- Sound verbal and written communication skills with a good understanding of MS Word, ME Excel and PowerPoint.
- Team player, able to multitask who can complete projects independently without constant oversight from management.
