Description
The purpose
of the role is to support the legal team by efficiently managing case files,
handling data accurately, fostering communication with clients and colleagues,
and providing overall assistance to ensure smooth operations within the legal
department.
Main Responsibilities:
- Open case files
using our bespoke case management system
- Manage data with
integrity and initiative
- Collate and
review essential documents
- Scan/Copy new
documents
- Communicate and
build a rapport with clients, colleagues and peers
- Liase with
clients and third parties via email and telephone
- Draft emails,
correspondence and forms to a high standard
- Provide
assistance to our Paralegals
- Organise and
prioritise workloads
- Conduct
themselves in a professional manner at all times
- Work within a
team and under your own initiative
- Complete ad-hock
tasks
- Review legal
documents for quality, consistency and content
