As a Logistics Fleet Sales Administrator Apprentice, you will be responsible for coordinating all Group Fleet deliveries Nationwide utilising our internal drivers and external partners. Ensuring all delivery paperwork is present and correct before it is sent to the correct contact for payment whilst controlling and administering associated costs accurately across all brands.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring 100% accuracy of all administration relating to vehicles to include; raising vehicle invoices, taxing vehicles, resolving complaints, and updating manufacturer systems.
  • Processing all documentation accurately, efficiently and effectively.
  • Up-dating the stock lists and maintaining and updating effective transaction records.
  • The timely and accurate processing of vehicles prior to delivery.
  • Supporting the department’s housekeeping and audit processes, ensuring information and customer details are kept up to date and used accurately.
  • Maintaining effective Manufacturer contact.

GCSE or equivalent Maths and English at grade 4/C or above desirable

Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship.

This apprenticeship is delivered through work based learning, this means that all training is done at the workplace eliminating the need to attend college. The successful candidate will be allocated a tutor who will provide a mixture of interactive online group teaching and 1-1 training monthly.

  • Once you commence at the Retailer, further induction training will be supplied by the Retailer. Please note that the wage does vary depending on age, see further details below: Candidates under 18 £6.40 per hour, Candidates aged 18-20 £8.60 per hour, Candidates aged 21 and over £11.44 per hour.
