We are looking for an enthusiastic Level 2 Customer Service
Apprentice to support the recruitment of apprentices,
demonstrating an enthusiastic and friendly approach, and assist
in maintaining exceptional customer service in all forms to both
internal and external customers.
As the first point of contact for enquiries this will include meet and-greet, covering reception, answering calls, responding to
emails, handling enquiries, and liaising with customers.
Main Duties:
• Answer enquiries relating to promoting Apprenticeships via phone, email and in person.
• Oversee apprenticeship vacancy advertising using internal and external systems.
• Work with the recruitment advisors to support recruitment activities and to assist in completing the
apprenticeship start documentation.
• Attend Training and Recruitment Team Huddles to record and distribute minutes.
• Use appropriate systems and workflows to process enquiries, requests, orders and bookings using
Exeter College’s policies to ensure confidentiality and discretion.
• Use a range of software packages including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams as well as
other software programmes.
• Carry out reception duties, receive and direct visitors, deal with enquiries and oversee incoming and
outgoing mail and to coordinate the visits of any guests including car parking etc. bringing about the
best outcome for customers
• Participate and provide assistance at events, such as open evenings, interview evenings, promotional
events, Conferences etc, promoting Exeter College, and always maintaining professional behaviours.
• Providing administrative support ensuring work is completed to deadlines provided.
