Calling all aspiring professionals! Optura Glazing, a leading optical services provider, want to find a committed candidate for their optical lab administration apprenticeship. This is a key role within the business and would provide an amazing opportunity to learn and grow within the team. Optura Glazing want to bring the best service to their customers and be proud of their work. Ds this sound like something you would want to be a part of?



Responsibilities:





  • Processing of the daily delivery, unpacking and matching up orders with the relevant orders


  • Booking in and out work from all stores using online system X Eye X


  • Processing the work that comes in – traying up, picking frames and lenses


  • Stock maintenance


  • Online ordering from suppliers using supplier portals


  • Computer duties such as spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel and correspondence with various branches with staff of all levels


  • Answering calls / emails from customer's queries

Salary:



£13,312 per annum



Working hours:



40 hours per week

Starting with insights into your current potential, they plan your growth in a programmatic way, close skills gaps with immersive training and ensure what you learn is applicable to what you do. They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.



On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
