As an Engineering Graduate Trainee, you will embark on a structured 3-year rotational program that gives you hands-on experience across various departments. You will play a key role in real-world projects, working alongside professionals from diverse teams, and contribute to crafting the future of our engineering solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to develop the technical expertise and leadership skills necessary to excel in a senior management role.

This role is open to existing residents of Jersey, Channel Islands with a housing status of 'Entitled'.



Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in a structured 3-year rotational program, gaining hands-on experience in various departments.
  • Work on real-world projects, contributing to the development and implementation of innovative engineering solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Engineering, Asset and Resource Management, Customer-Focused Departments, and Corporate/Strategic Functions.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to improve technical knowledge and leadership skills.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to senior leaders on project outcomes.
  • Find opportunities for process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.


Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • Recent graduate with a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work in different locations as part of the rotational program.
