Main Responsibilities:

  • Making and receiving client calls

  • Liaising with Lawyers as to case criteria and progression

Familiarity with Outlook and Microsoft office is beneficial

A minimum of 5 x GCSEs at grade 9-4/A*-C
Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 apprenticeship standard
