This is a fantastic first step into the tech world, offering hands-on experience supporting both external customers and internal staff with a wide range of IT issues.p pYoull receive full training and one-on-one mentorship, gaining valuable skills in technical support, software troubleshooting, and modern IT tools including exposure to AI-driven platforms. Youll also be involved in real IT projects, helping to keep our systems running smoothly.p pstrongResponsibilities:strongp ul liResponding to customer support queries via phone, email, and ticketing systems.li liAssisting internal staff with IT issues such as setting up accounts, troubleshooting hardwaresoftware problems.li liHelping to troubleshoot and deploy systems on premises and in the cloud.li liLearning the ins and outs of our software so you can provide accurate, helpful advice.li liLearning about all things disaster recovery.li liWorking alongside experienced technicians on IT projects.li liUsing AI-powered tools to streamline support processes and explore new ways of working.li liUpdating internal documentation.li liShadowing team members.li liNo two days are exactly the same and theres always something new to learn!li ul pstrongDesirable skills:strongp ul liA genuine interest in technology, computers, or how things work.li liGood communication skills written and verbal.li liSomeone whos reliable, punctual, and organised.li liA team player who enjoys helping others.li liConfidence to ask questions and try new things.li liNo previous experience needed just a willingness to learn and a positive mindset.li ul pThis role is perfect for someone whos enthusiastic, eager to learn, has a friendly and helpful attitude and excited about working in tech.p pstrongEntry requirements:strongp ul li3 GCSE’s (or equivalent) at grades 4 (A-C) in any subjectli liGCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3 (D or above)li liProspective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship is in a similar subjectli ul pYou may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme.
