Description

Business Administrator Main Duties:

  • Engaging with customers across all sales platforms.

  • Managing multiple suppliers and large trade customers, including:

    • Handling order requests and discrepancies.

    • Managing re-ordering of stock and ensuring all received orders are correct.

  • Managing and responding to emails using applications such as Reply Manager.

  • Providing customer service support and assistance.

  • Assisting with general office administration tasks including filing and cloud-based document management.

  • Responding to customer emails within a 24-hour Service Level Agreement (SLA).

  • Managing the returns process, including:

    • Troubleshooting product issues.

    • Processing refunds directly through eBay and Amazon platforms.

  • Advising the dispatch team on order amendments and resolving delivery issues with couriers/customers.

  • Working with Amazon customers to resolve issues leading to negative feedback.

  • Managing customers visiting the office for purchases, including processing payments.

  • Answering phone calls from suppliers/customers regarding pre-purchase inquiries or payment processing.

  • Listing products on eBay and Amazon using Linnworks, providing backup support for the listing team.

Personal Qualities:
  • Previous customer-facing experience.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people.

  • Must be entitled to work in the UK and have held UK residency for at least 3 years.

Desired Qualifications:
  • GCSE Grade 9-4/A*-C in Maths and English (or equivalent qualifications).

Future Prospects:
  • Opportunity to join the team on a permanent full-time basis following successful completion of training and probationary periods.
