Description
Duties & Responsibilities:Provide care, promote learning through play, and observe and record the children's progress, while also communicating with parents and ensuring the safety and well-being of the children under our care.
- Look after the health and well-being of the child, such as feeding babies and changing their nappies.
- Observe children's progress and development, and keeping a record of this to communicate with parents.
- Help children to develop core skills.
- Provide a safe and enabling environment for children to learn in.
- Supporting children by implementing the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework.
- Encouraging physical activities to keep children active.
- Supporting communication and social skills to help children interact with those around them.
- Helping children with their individual educational needs.
- Ensuring safeguarding and welfare procedures are adhered to.
