Detailed Job Description

Duties to include:

  • Inbound and outbound calling, including but not limited to making calls to arrange sales visits, confirming eligibility for funded works, customer complaints and queries
  • Deliver excellent customer service practices, ensuring all customer contact is dealt with professionally and the customer journey is flawless.
  • First and second line calls for 50five, Home Solutions and Smart Heating Manage customer complaints to resolution within timescales
  • Lead administration and management Administration for sales, quotes, order forms, finance applications
  • Taking deposits and payments Courtesy calls and follow up calls
  • Communication with clients and responding to queries and complaints
  • Maintain effective communication processes to liaise with all areas of the business
  • Contribute to changing processes Support a culture which promotes 50five as a socially responsible employer, which recognises the absolute importance of health and safety and environmentally responsible behaviour.
  • Any other additional duties that may be deemed necessary to fulfill your duties

Training provided

Level 2 Customer Service Standard

Working in an office, predominately on the phone. The opening hours are 8am – 7pm Mon – Thurs, Fri 8am – 5.30pm Fri and Sat 9am – 1pm. You will work rostered hours, Saturday usually works out at 1 in 3 and when working a Saturday you get half a day off during the week.
