Barristers give specialist legal advice, advising solicitors and representing people in court, at tribunals and in public inquiries.
You will join an experienced team based in our Nottingham Office working alongside administrators, paralegals, solicitors and partners in an open plan office environment. This role is office based.
Working in a small team with expert guidance and tuition to understand the basic procedures and case management systems of a digital based firm. Progression expected to become a competent and successful trainee solicitor working on cases from complex page heavy fraud and white-collar crime to serious violent offences. Will develop into having regular and constant contact with clients who are mainly in custody awaiting trial.
Our legal solicitor apprenticeship gives you the opportunity to expand your Legal Knowledge, Practice and Qualifying Work Experience (QWE) while studying for the Solicitors Qualification Exams (SQE). As a Brand Protection Paralegal you will play a key role in supporting the Brand Protection team in safeguarding the intellectual property, brand image, and reputation for well-known global brands. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to gain hands-on experience in brand protection, compliance, and intellectual property management. You will receive comprehensive training and mentorship throughout your apprenticeship to develop your skills and knowledge in this specialised area.
