What apprenticeship opportunities does this Pathway offer?

· Industrialisation Engineer Apprentice (Leeds, Plant Based)

Undertake a 4-year programme at Schneider’s Leeds site where you will be provided with on-the-job training in the improvement of industrial processes in terms of ergonomics, labour cost and lead time whilst working towards a Science Industry Process & Plant Engineer Degree Qualification delivered by Aston University.


· Industrial Engineer Apprentice (Scarborough, Plant Based)

Undertake a 4-year programme at Schneider’s Scarborough site where you will be provided with on-the-job training on the automation of site processes to keep control of productivity, efficiency and effectiveness whilst working towards a Science Industry Process & Plant Engineer Degree Qualification delivered by Aston University.

What qualifications do you need?

· This Pathway is open to applicants with 5 GCSEs including Maths, English and a STEM-related subject at Grade 4/C or above and 3 A-levels at Grade C or above including a Mathematics-based subject and a STEM-related subject or equivalent.

· Please note, Qualification Requirements can be ‘predicted’, however, must be ‘actual’ by the start date on September 2nd, 2024.

· As part of this pathway, you will undertake the Level 6 Science Industry and Plant Engineer Degree apprenticeship with training delivered by Aston University over a 4 year period.

· You'll also be assigned a 'Buddy' that will act as an additional support point. Your Buddy may be past or current Early Career employee or an experienced team member.
