RESPONSIBILITIES:
Role Specific:
You will be trained, developed and supported alongside the apprenticeship course to fulfil the following duties:
- Provision of Management Information and reports as required by the business.
- Assisting with the sales ledger including invoice/payment processing
- Assisting with the purchase ledger including invoice/payment processing.
- General bookkeeping
- Completion of VAT Returns
- Building good working relationships to resolve queries
- Assist with Banking and Cashbook Management
- Assist in compilation of the Banking List and reconciliation on a weekly basis in line with the Accounting timetable to the Lead Generation figures and update Gatekeeper as required
- Research New Markets Specific Sectors, Target Clients etc.
- Undertake Competitors and Termination Analysis
- Undertake financial analysis to support the Corporate Sale Process of the business
- Actively drive career progression and self-growth
- Process and pay staff expenses once approved by the Chairman/Managing Director
- Assist with the production of KPI’s
- Update/circulate the Associate Director KPI’s on a weekly basis
General:

- To carry out such other duties which are consistent with the nature, responsibilities or as necessitated by the needs of the business.

Essential:
- Must demonstrate continuous learning and have an interest in studying for a professional qualification.
- Must have at least a functional understanding of Microsoft Excel and be proficient in all other Microsoft Office packages, Word, Outlook, etc.
- Prepared to work on an individual basis but also contribute to the success of the overall team.
- Must be flexible and adaptable to change to be able to meet Targets and Deadlines.
- Must be able to demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be an effective written and verbal communicator.
- Must have 3 A Levels or equivalent, preferably in a relevant subjects.
- Must have achieved a minimum of a grade 4 (C grade) in GCSE Maths and English.

Upon sucessful completion of CIMA Level 4 Apprenticeship and based on satisfactory job performance, further studies offered would include CIMA Level 7, alongside career advancements.
