Description
Main Responsibilities:
These main responsibilities will be taught via staff-instruction training, on the job training that can be accessed at any point.
- Client Interaction: Engaging with clients, providing individual support & guidance, identify when a client may require specialized services and maintain accurate records.
- Information Gathering: Collect and assess relevant information to offer well-informed and appropriate recommendations and solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, assessments, and advice provided.
- Research: Stay updated on social welfare law trends, resources, and best practices to enhance advice services with the help of the Advice and Immigration team.
- Individualised Support: Tailor advice and guidance to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring a personalised approach.
- Referrals: Identify when a client may require specialised services and make referrals to other similar professionals or organisations as needed.
- Professional Development: Participate in training programs, workshops, and educational courses to continually improve your advisory skills.
- Compliance: Adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in advice and guidance practices.
