Applications open from May 2024 for roles starting in September 2024. These vacancies are hybrid with a mix of home-based working as well as regular travel to Costa’s Loudwater HQ, Coca Cola’s London office, and our Marketing agencies.

What’s on offer?
Our 2-year Marketing Graduate programme comprises of 4 exciting, stretching and varied 6-month placements, across our global functions, platforms and UK&I Marketing functions. This could include time in our Global Brand, Digital, Innovation, Marketing and Commercial Operations, Insight and FMCG teams.

Our Retail stores deliver Barista hand crafted coffee to perfection while our Costa Express innovation agenda has revolutionized the coffee on the go market. We’re taking our brand globally, and you can be a key part of making this happen.
Our marketing functions exist to drive growth, through innovation and brand edge on a global scale by building consumer preference and brand love within each of our markets. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving change and growth from day one. Candidates will be paired with a buddy, a mentor, and a senior sponsor. With all this experience and support readily available, participants will have the opportunity to invest in their future through additional qualifications and training experiences.
