Description
Duties of the Administrative Assistant include:
- Inputting data onto a range of different systems.
- Organizing schedules and events.
- Maintain office requirements and assisting in daily office needs.
- Answer and direct phone calls (Interacting with both staff and service users)
- Alert management of important information (Potential security issues, Appointments, Safeguarding issues, Reported incidents).
- Managing paperwork.
- Plan and attend various meetings. Take detailed minutes (Via Office/Teams).
- Managing our company’s general administrative activities.
- Meeting deadlines.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Write and distribute numerous emails.
