Applying To The RPA
Apply with GetMyFirstJob where you will be taken to the Civil Service Jobs website. Create an account, submit the personal details requested, and your applications is nearly ready.
It’s important you outline why you think you’d be suitable for the programme. TOP TIP: There will be some questions on the screen, make sure you answer them within your statement.
If successful, you’ll be invited to complete a Virtual interview with a live interviewing panel made up of RPA employees, where you will get the chance to talk about what you do well and enjoy doing, so we can identify if the programme is suitable for you.
We will provide feedback on your interview and if successful you will be provided a provisional offer for the role. You will start following some pre-employments checks which all new joiners to the Civil Service have.
