Description

We are looking for a willingness to learn, ability to work well under pressure, confident with raw produce and be keen to share your own ideas. Day to day duties include:

  • Assist in the preparation & cooking of menu items as directed by the Sous Chef and/or Head Chef
  • Assist in the development and planning of the menus, including identifying future food trends and displaying a passionate approach towards the development of new styles of service and concepts
  • Assist with stock taking/ordering when required
  • Contribute towards the smooth and efficient running of the kitchen

The successful candidate will ideally have a grade C/4 or above in English and Maths. (Or Equivalent)
The successful candidate will be required to attend College once a week to work towards the completion of the Level 2 Commis Chef Qualification.
