The Data Technician Apprentice will work with the Performance Reporting and Data Manager to support internal teams by providing regular reporting as well as ad-hoc analysis into performance whilst studying for the Level 3 Data Technician Apprenticeship. This role will involve using a large range of data sets (including book issues, PC usage, customer demographics) to create data visualisations for a range of audiences, contributing to a strong reporting and data culture focused on improving operational performance and maximising the social value and impact of the charity.
