Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Handling accounts from pre-litigation, issuing of proceedings through to enforcement
- Resolving queries with customers and clients
- Negotiating payment plans and setting up payment arrangements
- Dealing with inbound and outbound communications including calls, emails and lettering

- Experience in a debt recovery environment would be an advantage, though not essential as on the job training will be provided
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills are essential
