Description
We're looking for a Trainee Team Leader to join our Digital Solutions team based in Basingstoke.
Location: Basingstoke
Contract: Permanent Full time
Salary: up to £30,000 per annum plus benefits and training
What will you be responsible for?
As a Trainee Team Leader you'll be working within the IMT/Ericsson team, supporting them in ensuring the telecommunication infrastructure is well maintained and repaired as necessary.
Your day to day will include:
- Ensuring the detailed test, inspection and condition surveys of mobile phone mast installations.
- Carry out inspections of towers, poles and fall arrest systems as well as testing anchor points, earthing, and lightning protection systems.
- Producing reports and undertaking minor remedial tasks, along with ensuring that all work is undertaken in a safe and proper manner.
- Liaising with a number of stakeholders, including but not limited to site providers, client staff and helpdesk administration.
- Attending internal and external review meetings, ensure PUWER, vehicle, calibration and training records are maintained, and to assist in the mentoring and development of site operatives.

- NRSWA Unit 2 (New Roads and Street Works Act)

- MEWP (Mobile elevating work platforms)

- Have knowledge of IT systems
- Hold a Full Drivers Licence
- Willing to travel
