You will have support from a wide range of people and services, including expert trainers, tutors, engagement specialists, recruitment and career advice, well-being and safeguarding support.

During your apprenticeship, you will receive effective guidance and support such as:

  • a comprehensive induction programme
  • a detailed training plan
  • regular progress reviews
  • opportunities to put into practice off-the-job learning
  • mentoring and general support
  • mental health and wellbeing support
  • additional support and adjustments for learning difficulties and/or disabilities

We take all reasonable steps to protect all from harm and accepts responsibility for the well-being and safety of its stakeholders including children and adults at risk.

    Under the Prevent Duty, we also ensure the responds effectively to the ideological challenge of terrorism and extremism, and the risks of radicalisation.
