Administration | Managerial
Supervisors manage teams of staff and organise their workload.
You'll usually need 5 GCSEs at grades 9 to 4 (A* to C), or the equivalent, including English and maths, for a Level 3 apprenticeship. You'll need 4 or 5 GCSEs at grades 9 to 4 (A* to C) and A-Levels, or equivalent, for a higher or degree apprenticeship.

Civil Service executive officers work in government departments that develop policies and provide services to the public.
Bilingual secretaries provide administrative services in English and one or more foreign languages.
The Data Technician Apprentice will work with the Performance Reporting and Data Manager to support internal teams by providing regular reporting as well as ad-hoc analysis into performance whilst studying for the Level 3 Data Technician Apprenticeship. This role will involve using a large range of data sets (including book issues, PC usage, customer demographics) to create data visualisations for a range of audiences, contributing to a strong reporting and data culture focused on improving operational performance and maximising the social value and impact of the charity.
