You'll be encouraged to identify your own training needs as part of an appraisal and staff development programme. After 2 years, you can apply to join the Fast Stream programme if your manager thinks you have the potential for senior management.

Events managers organise and run promotional, business and social events.
The Data Technician Apprentice will work with the Performance Reporting and Data Manager to support internal teams by providing regular reporting as well as ad-hoc analysis into performance whilst studying for the Level 3 Data Technician Apprenticeship. This role will involve using a large range of data sets (including book issues, PC usage, customer demographics) to create data visualisations for a range of audiences, contributing to a strong reporting and data culture focused on improving operational performance and maximising the social value and impact of the charity.

Location : NewportSalary : 25,266 rising to 31,583 13.5 shift allowanceClosing date : 5th August 2024Working hours: 37 hours per week Monday Friday on 3 rotating shifts - 8am-4pm 10am-6pm 12pm-8pm. There is also an opportunity work voluntary overtime on Saturdays.
