With experience, you could be promoted from assistant registrar to deputy registrar, then to registrar and superintendent. Each district has at least one superintendent registrar and deputy, and each sub-district has a registrar and deputy.

The Data Technician Apprentice will work with the Performance Reporting and Data Manager to support internal teams by providing regular reporting as well as ad-hoc analysis into performance whilst studying for the Level 3 Data Technician Apprenticeship. This role will involve using a large range of data sets (including book issues, PC usage, customer demographics) to create data visualisations for a range of audiences, contributing to a strong reporting and data culture focused on improving operational performance and maximising the social value and impact of the charity.

Location : NewportSalary : 25,266 rising to 31,583 13.5 shift allowanceClosing date : 5th August 2024Working hours: 37 hours per week Monday Friday on 3 rotating shifts - 8am-4pm 10am-6pm 12pm-8pm. There is also an opportunity work voluntary overtime on Saturdays.
